BECOME A CERTIFIED REFINITIV USER

• Refinitiv Certification will broaden your knowledge of the tools used by the most successful financial markets professionals.
• Using our training resources you will quickly become proficient in Refinitiv premium products. Our OnDemand training allows you to learn at your desktop at your own pace. A final assessment will prove your knowledge to peers and future employers.

STEP 1: VIEW ALL TRAINING MODULES

• As part of attaining your Eikon Certification it is highly recommended that you first watch all of the available training modules. All training modules can be found here.
• When you arrive at the training modules page, it is strongly recommended that you start from 'Getting started: About Eikon – (3:00)' and work your way down. After clicking on this video, you may be asked to enter some details. Simply enter your FULL NAME and STUDENT EMAIL into the relevant fields.
• After entering your name and email you will be directed to the training modules and can start your training.
• Note: each module opens in a new window. After watching all videos in a training module, simply close that window and move on to the next training module.

STEP 2: REQUEST A CERTIFICATION EXAM TOKEN

• Once you have completed all training module you can request a 'token' to complete your Eikon Certification Exam.
• Complete the information form and click 'Request Token'.
• You will then receive an email from Refinitiv with your 'Token'. Do not delete this email. If you cannot see it, check your junk / spam folder.

STEP 3: COMPLETE YOUR CERTIFICATION EXAM

• When you are ready you can enter your STUDENT EMAIL and TOKEN to access the Eikon Certification Exam.
• Upon completing the Exam you will be immediately emailed your exam result.

STEP 4: ADD YOUR CERTIFICATION TO YOUR CV AND LINKEDIN

• It is highly encouraged that students add their new Certification to their CV and LinkedIn page signalling that they have obtained an Eikon Certification.
